That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Accept the attached report pursuant to the Humboldt County Sanctuary Ordinance Section 9121-10.

DISCUSSION:
Pursuant to the Humboldt County Sanctuary Ordinance the Sheriff shall provide to the Board of Supervisors a written report stating the number of detentions that were solely based on civil immigration detainers (if any) during the first 6 months following the effective date of the ordinance.
