DISCUSSION:
Rural County Representatives of California President and CEO, Patrick Blacklock, will present on the organization’s Strategic Plan, as well as the ongoing work of affiliate entities including the Golden State Finance Authority (GSFA), National Homebuyers Fund (NHF), Golden State Connect Authority (GSCA), Rural Alliance, Inc. (RAI), Golden State Natural Resources (GSNR) and Environmental Services Joint Powers Authority (ESJPA).
