Ground Ambulance Permit Renewals for Fiscal Year 2016-17
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Health Officer to renew ambulance operating permits for fiscal year 2016-17 for the following ground ambulance providers:
-Arcata-Mad River Ambulance, Northwest (Arcata/McKinleyville)
-K'ima:w Medical Center Rescue Ambulance, East (Hoopa)
-City Ambulance of Eureka, Central (Eureka)
-City Ambulance of Eureka, South (Fortuna Sub-Zone)/South (Garberville Sub-Zone)
-Southern Trinity Area Rescue, Southern Trinity/Eastern Humboldt-Highway 36
