Approve and Authorize the Director of Library Services to Sign an Additional Agreement between the Humboldt County Library and the Califa Group for the Acquisition of Cisco Networking Equipment
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached agreement between the Califa Group and the Humboldt County Library (HCL) for the acquisition of Cosco networking equipment; and authorize the Director of Library Services to execute associated agreements, extensions, modifications and service changes with the Califa Group.
