DISCUSSION:
Leanne Langston, Long Term Care Ombudsman Volunteer Coordinator and Outreach Specialist at Area I Agency on Aging will be giving a presentation on their Ombudsman Program and discussing how the program assists with care of residents in Long Term Care and Nursing Homes. Especially during COVID, it is critical that the message gets out that the care and quality of life of our senior community is so important.
