That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Appoint two at-large members to the Great Redwood Trail Agency Board representing Humboldt County.

DISCUSSION:
On March 24, 2026, the Board of Supervisors were informed of two at-large vacancies being posted for the Great Redwood Trail Agency Board. These vacancies were due to the term expiration of Jeff Hunerlach and the resignation of Supervisor Steve Madrone.
The two vacancies were posted, and applications were accepted. This is a two-year appointment with a term expiration of April 28, 2028.

There is no financial impact to make appointments to the Great Redwood Trail Agency Board.
STAFFING IMPACT:
There is no staffing impact associated with making appointments to the Great Redwood Trail Agency Board.
