DISCUSSION:
Supervisor Arroyo is announcing the appointment of Richard Botzler to the Human Rights Commission (HRC) representing the fourth district. Richard will serve a 4-year term with an end sate of June 30, 2027.
All appointed members will be required to comply with he California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing AB1234 Ethics training every two years.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
These is minimal financial impact to the appointment of a commission member who serves in a volunteer capacity.
