Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement between Humboldt County and Helios Healthcare, LLC. - D.B.A. Idylwood Care Center for fiscal years 2016-17 through 2018-19; authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute three (3) originals of the agreement between Humboldt County and Helios Healthcare, LLC - DBA Idylwood Care Center for fiscal years 2016-17 through 2018-19; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Mental Health.
