Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Reappoint Richard Phillis to the Assessment Appeals Board with a term expiring on February 5, 2024.

DISCUSSION:
On December 15, 2020, the Board of Supervisors was notified of a vacancy on the Assessment Appeals Board. The vacancy was due to the term expiration of Richard Phillis who was an At- Large appointment. Mr. Phillis would like to continue serving on this board and Supervisor Bohn is recommending his reappointment as an At-Large member.
