That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign the attached letters.

DISCUSSION:
The Mckinleyville Municipal Advisory Committee (MMAC) was created by Resolution No. 12-27 on May 1, 2012. The members consist of three (3) District 5 appointments, three (3) At-Large board appointments and two (2) members of the McKinleyville Community Service District. Craig Tucker and Otto Van Emmerik have both expired terms and Supervisor Sundberg would like to send letters of appreciation to them for serving on the Committee. Supervisor Sundberg would like to reappoint Barbara Georgianna for another three year term. Her new expiration date would be October 23, 2021. Supervisor Sundberg is appointing Nina Surbaugh and Stephanie Weldon to service as District 5 representative with a term ending on October 23, 2021. The Roster has been updated and the Committee notified of these changes.
