Summary Vacation of Metropolitan Road Extension (3G106) in the Metropolitan (Rio Dell) Area and Conveyance of Property to City of Rio Dell
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors by a 4/5 vote adopt the attached Resolution to Summarily Vacate Metropolitan Road Extension (3G106) pursuant to Streets and Highways Code section 8334(a) and (b); direct Clerk of the Board to return a certified copy of the adopted Resolution summarily vacating Metropolitan Road Extension to Department of Public Works Land Use Division for further processing; approve and authorize Chairperson to execute the attached Deed to the City of Rio Dell after the Resolution has been recorded; and direct Clerk of the Board to return the executed Deed to Department of Public Works Land Use Division for further processing.
