Amendment to Section 591-3 of the Humboldt County Code Relating to the Partnership HealthPlan of California Commission
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt Ordinance No. _____ amending Chapter 1 (Partnership HealthPlan of California Commission), Title V (Health and Safety), Division 9 (Health Care), of the Humboldt County Code; direct the Clerk of the Board, within fifteen days after the adoption of the ordinance, to publish a post-adoption summary of the ordinance with the names of the Supervisors voting for and against the ordinance, and direct the Clerk to post in the office of the Clerk of the Board a certified copy of the full text of the adopted ordinance.
