Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and Authorize the Public Health Director or their designee to sign the Assistance Agreement between the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (OES) and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Public Health, Division of Environmental Health (DEH) for $18,392 for the period of October 15, 2014 through September 15, 2015; authorize the Public Health Director, or their designee to approve any subsequent amendments directly related to the Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to send a fully executed Agenda Item to DHHS, Contract Unit.
