DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors would like to proclaim June 15, 2022 as the inaugural Humboldt County Torch Run in support of Special Olympics Northern California which will start at 12:30 at the Adorni Center. Local law enforcement will be carrying the torch for Special Olympics demonstrating their engagement and increasing public awareness. The Board encourages participation and hopes that with each year this event will continue to grow.
