Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Lease Agreements for three (3) modular units located at 638 West Clark Street, Eureka, CA with Performance Modular, Inc. for the period December 1, 2014 through November 30, 2016; authorize the Chairperson to execute two originals of each Lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed original of each Lease to Public Works-Real Property for transmittal to the Lessor.
