Operating Agreement with Humboldt Lodging Alliance
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached Agreement for Services between the County of Humboldt and the Humboldt Lodging Alliance for operation of the Humboldt County Tourism Business Improvement District (HCTBID); authorize the Chair to sign two copies of the Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one copy to the Humboldt Lodging Alliance.
