That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Consider making an appointment to the Great Redwood Trail Agency.

DISCUSSION:
At the April 9, 2024, Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board was notified that there was an At Large vacancy on the Great Redwood Trail Agency due to the term expiration of Jeff Hunerlach. The vacancy was posted, and applications solicited.
This would be an appointment for a two year term.
All current applications are included, and all applicants have been notified of the date of this appointment agenda item.
All appointed members will be required to comply with the California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing AB1234 Ethics training every 3 years.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to making an appointment to a volunteer advisory committee.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
None

The Board could postpone the appointment but that is not recommended. T
