That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Consider the attached modifications to the MMAC Rules, Regulations and Procedures and direct staff to make changes where appropriate.

DISCUSSION:
The MMAC is submitting a revised draft of their Rules, Regulations and Procedures to the Board of Supervisors for consideration to more accurately reflect the operations of the committee. In addition, the MMAC is requesting the addition of a “Treasurer” position (as outlined in the attached letter) to the officers of the MMAC as well as adding or modifying sections relative to the responsibilities of the McKinleyville Community Services District (MCSD), County, Staffing and Funding.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
There is no financial impact to the General Fund.
