RECOMMENDATION(S):Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Adopt the attached resolution which authorizes the Humboldt County District Attorney's Office to apply for, and accept, grant funding made available by United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs - Bureau of Justice Assistance through the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant and Substance Use Site-Based Program; and
2. Direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) fully executed certified copy of the attached resolution to the Humboldt County District Attorney's Office for submittal to the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs - Bureau of Justice Assistance.

The Humboldt County District Attorney's (HCDA) Office is requesting permission to submit an application for funding made available by the United States Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs - Bureau of Justice Assistance through the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant and Substance Use Site-Based Program.
