Agreement Number 2018-18 between the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration of the United States Department of Justice
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Agreement Number 2018-18 (Attachment 1) between the Humboldt County Sheriff's Office and the Drug Enforcement Administration of the United States Department of Justice for the period October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018; authorize the Sheriff to sign agreement number 2018-18 (Attachment 1) and to execute all necessary contracts and agreements and amendments thereto, in the name of the County of Humboldt, and all other documents required by the Department of Justice for the grant program; and authorize the Sheriff to sign certifications (Attachment 2): a. Request for Advance or Reimbursement, b. Certification Regarding Lobbying; Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters, and Drug Free Workplace Requirement, and c. Assurances.
