Humboldt County - Intensive Home Based Services
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the Proposals for Intensive Home Based Services (IHBS) in response to RFP #IHBSRFP; approve awarding a contract for IHBS to Changing Tides Family Services; approve awarding a contract for IHBS to Remi Vista, Inc.; approve DHHS entering into negotiations with Changing Tides Family Services to sign a contract for IHBS; approve DHHS entering into negotiations with Remi Vista, Inc. to sign a contract for IHBS; authorize the DHHS Director to sign and execute a contract for IHBS with Changing Tides Family Services upon approval of Risk Management and County Counsel that is substantially similar to the Sample Agreement for IHBS attached to RFP #IHBSRFP; authorize the DHHS Director to sign and execute a contract for IHBS with Remi Vista, Inc. upon approval of Risk Management and County Counsel that is substantially similar to the Sample Agreement for IHBS attached to RFP #IHBSRFP; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) certified copy of the Board Order to the DHHS-Contract Unit.
