The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors proclaims Godwit Days in Humboldt County and encourages all residents to participate in the Annual Godwit Days Spring Migration Bird Festival to be held in Arcata starting on April 18th through April 21, 2024.

There is no financial impact to a ceremonial proclamation.
