Lease at 1211 and 1215 Fifth Street and 433 M Street, Eureka with Slack and Winzler Properties, LLC
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair of the Board to sign two (2) originals of the lease for office space at 1211 and 1215 Fifth Street and 433 M Street, Eureka with Slack and Winzler Properties, LLC (Lessor). The lease has an anticipated start date of October 15, 2016, providing Lessor provides county with notice by October 1, 2016, that the modifications specified in the lease have been completed, and shall terminate on September 30, 2022; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed original of the Lease to the Public Works-Real Property Agent for transmittal to Lessor.
