Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors accept the resignation of David Marcus, Public Defender, effective November 22, 2017; and appoint Kaleb Cockrum to the position of Public Defender on an interim basis, retroactive to December 4, 2017, and continuing until appointment of a permanent Public Defender is made, or other solution is identified.
