That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Authorize the Chair to sign the resolution and direct that the Ukrainian flag be hung in the Board Chambers for 2 weeks to show solidarity with the Ukrainian people.

DISCUSSION:
The unprovoked invasion of Ukraine by Russian forces has prompted the Board to join with United States leadership and other nations around the world in denouncing Russia’s aggression and attack on Ukraine and its people. The Board stands firmly behind the Ukrainian people and their fight against authoritarian aggression of the Russian regime.
