Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the bids for Construction of School Road Sidewalk and Bike Lane Pedestrian Safety Improvements Project Fischer Road to Salmon Avenue; award the contract to Kernen Construction for the total amount of $437,960.00 which includes both additive options; authorize the Chairman to execute the project agreement upon submittal of the appropriate bonds and insurance; and direct the Auditor-Controller to establish a new contract account 1200321-0306 and transfer $459,858.00 to the account per the attached appropriation transfer.
