Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the first amendment to lease with Richard Littlefield, Betty Littlefield and Charles Powell for storage space at 205 Seventh Street, Suite C, Eureka, CA for the time period of September 1,2016 through August 31, 2018; authorize the Chair to sign two (2) originals of the first amendment to the lease with Richard Littlefield, Betty Littlefield, and Charles Powell; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) original of the executed first amendment to the lease to Public Works-Real Property Division for transmittal to the lessor.
