Recommendation

Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program prepared for the Project consistent with the requirements of CEQA, make all the required findings for approval of the Final Subdivision and Planned Unit Development Permit and adopt the Resolution approving the Furtado-Washington Terrace project subject to the recommended conditions.
