Approval of Extension of Lease for 1105 6th Street, Natural Resource Planning
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the extension of the lease with PWM, Inc. for 1105 6th Street for one (1), two (2) year term through July 31, 2018; authorize Real Property to send a notification to Lessor that County is exercising the option to extend the lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed agenda item to Real Property.
