Request to Exercise Second Options to Extend Leases with Rynecki and Rynecki, LLC and 2nd & H Street, LLC for Office Space Located at 100 H Street and Parking Lot Located at Second and H Street
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the second option to extend the lease with Rynecki and Rynecki, LLC (Lessor) for office space at 100 H Street, Eureka through November 30, 2017; approve exercising the second option to extend the lease with 2nd & H Street, LLC (Lessor) for the parking lot at Second and H Street, Eureka through November 30, 2017; authorize Public Works-Real Property Division to send notices to Lessors that the county is exercising the second options to extend the leases through November 30, 2017; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed agenda item to Public Works-Real Property Division.
