DISCUSSION:
The Board of Supervisors would like to send a letter of appreciation to Rusty Hicks for his dedicated service on the Headwaters Fund Board. The Board of Supervisors extends its gratitude to Hicks for his service on this board and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
