Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors and the District Attorney to sign the Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification and instruct the Clerk of the Board to return the signed document to the District Attorney's Office, attention Kevin Furtado, for further processing and submission to the United States Department of Justice.
