Memorandum of Understanding with Redwood Coast Regional Center Regarding the Provision of Mental Health Services to Clients with Developmental Disabilities
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached Memorandum of Understanding, regarding the provision of mental health services to individuals that have been diagnosed with developmental disability and mental illness, between the County of Humboldt and Redwood Coast Regional Center; authorize the Interim Director of the Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services - Mental Health ("DHHS - Mental Health") to execute the attached Memorandum of Understanding with Redwood Coast Regional Center; and authorize the DHHS - Mental Health Director, or a designee thereof, to sign future amendments to the attached Memorandum of Understanding, after review and approval by County Counsel, Risk Management and the County Administrative Officer.
