Memorandum of Understanding with the Humboldt County Office of Education Regarding the Continued Development of a Multi-Tiered System of Support Coalition within Humboldt County
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached Memorandum of Understanding with the Humboldt County Office of Education regarding the continued development of a Multi-Tiered System of Support Coalition that will implement the Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports curriculum throughout Humboldt County school system; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed original copies of the attached Memorandum of Understanding to the Department of Health and Human Services-Contract Unit for further processing.
