UC Davis Training Contracts for Eligibility Services and Child Welfare Services Training for Fiscal Year 2015-16
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the contract with the University of California -Davis (UC Davis) in the amount of $92,430.00 to provide Eligibility Services training to Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Social Services staff for fiscal year (FY) 2015-16 (attachment 1); approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the contract with UC Davis in the amount of $44,437.50 to provide Child Welfare training to DHHS-Children and Family
Services' staff for FY 2015-16 (attachment 2); grant a waiver of the Nuclear Free Ordinance; and authorize the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed originals of each contract to the DHHS-Contract Unit.
