Software License Agreement with Dynamic Imaging
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve Software License Agreement between Humboldt County and Dynamic Imaging; authorize the Board of Supervisor's Chair to sign three (3) original copies of the Software License Agreement; and authorize Humboldt County Correctional Facility Captain Ed Wilkinson to sign and any additional amendments, modifications or extensions for the term of the Agreement.
