That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Receive and accept the Headwaters Fund (HWF) Annual Community Benefits Report covering FY 2019-20 and FY 2020-21.

DISCUSSION:
The Headwaters Fund Board (HFB) and staff are pleased to provide the attached Headwaters Fund Annual Community Benefit Report (Attachment 1) detailing activities during FY 2019-20 and FY 2020-21. This report includes a summary of the fund’s activities, impacts and financial status. If the Board reviews and accepts the HWF report, it will be made available for public distribution on the Economic Development Division website, GoHumCo.com, and by print upon request.
FINANCIAL IMPACT:
Staff time to prepare this item will be paid from Economic Development Services (1120275). There is no financial impact to the General Fund.

This action supports your Board’s Strategic Framework by supporting business, workforce development and creation of private-sector jobs and encouraging new local investment.
