Change Order Addendum to Agreement with ClientTrack, Inc. for Software License and Software as a Subscription Service
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached change order addendum to the software agreement with ClientTrack, Inc. for the creation of three system generated reports; authorize the Chairperson to execute three (3) originals of the change order addendum; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals of the change order addendum to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration.
