DISCUSSION:

California CareForce is a group of volunteer healthcare professional, community leaders, and engaged citizens who believe all people deserve access to quality and compassionate healthcare. They promote health and well-being of those in need through volunteer support, no-cost healthcare clinics throughout California. 

 

Supervisor Arroyo has invited staff from California CareForce to present to the Board of Supervisors a brief introduction of their agency and the services they provide.  They will be providing a clinic in Humboldt County in July as seen on the attached flyer.

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

There is no financial impact to hearing the presentation.
