Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive and file the bids for Rehabilitation of Jacoby Creek Bridge (4C-124) on Brookwood Drive (4K250) P.M. 0.12; reject all bid proposals; and direct the Department of Public Works Engineering staff to investigate possible cost savings, increasing the federal funding and re-advertise the project to a larger audience.
