Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors:
1. Consider making appointments to fill the Special District/Schools seat, and two Qualified Citizen seats on the Humboldt County Audit Committee.

DISCUSSION:
At the March 16, 2021 Board of Supervisors meeting, the Board adopted Resolution No. 21-30 establishing the Humboldt County Audit Committee and opened the application period for three seats on the committee, including one seat for a representative of local special districts or schools, and two seats for citizen members. The other two seats on the committee are reserved for the Chair and Vice Chair of the Board.
At this time, the Clerk of the Board’s Office has an application from Glen Senestraro and Corey Weber for local special districts or schools, and applications from Cheryl Dillingham, John Frahm and Mychal Evenson for citizen members.
