New Contract with Access Humboldt for Community Media Services and Public/Educational/Governmental (PEG) Access Programming
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Contract (Attachment 1) and authorize the County Administrative Officer to sign the contract on behalf of the County of Humboldt; approve the attached Addendum (Attachment 2) as satisfying the Nuclear Free Humboldt County Ordinance; and authorize the County Administrative Officer to execute extensions to the contract pursuant to Section 21.
