DISCUSSION:

The Clerk of the Board has been notified that Kelly Patton has resigned from the Humboldt County Fish & Game Advisory Commission. Patton has served on the commission as the Second District’s representative and has contributed meaningfully to its work. The Board wishes to formally recognize and express its appreciation for Patton’s dedication and service to Humboldt County.

 

Supervisor Bushnell is pleased to appoint Jason Sells to the Humboldt County Fish & Game Advisory Commission as the new representative for the Second District. Sells will fill the remainder of Patton’s term, which expires on June 30, 2027.

 

All appointed members of the Humboldt County Fish & Game Advisory Commission will be required to comply with California Fair Political Practices Form 700 requirements as well as completing AB1234 Ethics Training every two years.

General Fund

 

FINANCIAL IMPACT:

There is no financial impact to make appointments for these volunteer positions.
