Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors approve the Department of Health and Human Services' (DHHS) request to exercise the first option to extend the lease at 908 Seventh Street, Eureka with Idelle M. Abrahamsen, Trustee of the Myron and Idelle Abrahamsen 1994 Family Trust (Lessor) for the period of February 1, 2017 through January 31, 2022; authorize Public Works-Real Property Division to send a notice to Lessor that the county is exercising the first option to extend the lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed agenda to Public Works-Real Property Division.
