Recommendation

That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to submit an application to the California Department of Water Resources on behalf of the North Coast Resource Partnership for the 2015 Integrated Regional Water Management Implementation Grant Program, and delegating signature authority to the Director; and appoint Paul Helliker to fill the vacancy in one of Humboldt County's two seats on the North Coast Resource Partnership Technical Peer Review Committee.
