DISCUSSION:
The Humboldt County Board of Supervisors would like to claim January 2024 as Human Trafficking Awareness Month. The Board further recognizes the vital role that the Soroptimist International Clubs of Humboldt County are taking to raise awareness through education and other efforts to stop human trafficking.

There is no financial impact to a ceremonial proclamation.
