Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement with McKinleyville Community Collaborative to enhance building administrative capacity for fiscal year 2016-17; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) originals of the agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for transmittal to DHHS-Administration.
