Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Agreement between Humboldt County and Alcohol Drug Care Services, Inc. for Fiscal Years 2015-2020; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) originals of the Agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services DHHS-Contract Unit.
