Agreement with Changing Tides Family Services for Stage One Child Care Services for CalWORKs/Welfare to Work Participants for Fiscal Year 2014-2015
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Agreement with Changing Tides Family Services for fiscal year 2014-2015 to provide Stage One Child Care Services to all CalWORKs recipients who are referred by Social Services; authorize the Chair to execute three (3) originals of the Agreement; direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to the Director of DHHS-Social Services.
