Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the second option to extend the Lease at 231 Second Street, Suites 301 and 303, Eureka with JLPREO, LLC for office space through December 31, 2015; direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed agenda item to Public Works-Real Property Division; and authorize Public Works-Real Property Division to send a notice to Lessor that the County is exercising the second option to extend the Lease through December 31, 2015.
